Our cakes are always custom made to your specific choices of flavor, color, fillings and design.
None of our cakes ever contain commercial fillings or frostings and are freshly baked
with High-Quality, Real ingredients,
Our Wedding Cakes may be presented tiered or on staggered stands.
Couples may choose more than one flavor for their cake tiers at no additional charge.
(Dried fruits, nuts & ganaches are additional charge).

Custom Designed Wedding Cake:
1. Booking Cake Tastings:

Tastings must be scheduled at least 1 week before desired tasting date.
To Book a Custom Cake consultation, plus cake tasting for two,

(3 choices of Cake, 3 Frosting Flavors & 1 Filling Flavor is
provided by appointment only at a fee of $25+ to the couple.)
(Each Additional Cake Flavor + Frosting + Filling Flavor Threesome is Priced According to Choices.)
Tastings are generally delivered at a mutually convenient, coffee shop location.
Tastings must be completed at least 3 Weeks prior to delivery of Wedding Cake!
2. Ordering Your Custom Wedding Cake(s)
Down Payment/Booking Retainer:
A 50% non-refundable Booking Retainer is due at the time of order.
with Balance Due no later than 10 Days Prior to Delivery
(*Some refund exceptions may apply solely at the discretion of Sweet Celebrations, LLC.*)
Reservations dates are first come, first serve and we only do a limited number of orders per week
A minimum of 4-6 weeks notice is requested for most larger, tiered cakes, Or Large Wedding Dessert Table Orders.
2a. The Specifics of your Wedding Cake Order
Custom Wedding Cake Orders must be placed no later than 3-4 weeks prior to the event!
Full Payment of Cake Order is Due at the Time of Order!
If Couples want the Expertise of our Design Consultant Service for Additional Information or Help Creating their Vision of the "Perfect Wedding Cake" with the correct number of Cake Servings; Our Designer is Available to provide One Free Cake Consultation at the time of Tasting or The Wedding Cake Order.
3. Custom Cake Toppers & Custom Decor:
Couples may request a custom designed topper made using their own theme or unique specifications with our gifted designer. (Or for your convenience we will gladly seat your own topper.)
Additionally, some Brides or couples may choose to have their cake adorned with fresh flowers or other personal mementos. Whatever the choice, we always love helping couples to best showcase their own unique design ideas!
Our Custom Toppers Begin at $25+ (Final Pricing depends on size, and complexity)
Truly, we want your "Sweet Celebration" Wedding Cake to be as unique as you are!
4. Wedding Cake Stand Information
Rentals for Cake Stands or Cupcake Towers are available at $50+/-(each) as well as other glass serving ware. Returns to Sweet Celebrations, LLC. must be made within 7 Days after event date, clean and in same condition. A late fee of $20/day will be incurred for each day after 7 days. Additionally, a credit card number is required for your rented Items replacement cost which will only be charged in the event the rented item is not returned or is lost or damaged. However, you may elect to provide a stand of your own choosing on which we will gladly place the cake, at delivery and stacking.
5. Order Changes of Size, Servings, Style, or Flavors,
Please know that many elements and hours of planning go into a Sweet Celebrations, LLC.
Custom Designed Wedding Cake Creation made Especially for You.
(This preparation begins immediately after your cake is ordered!)
However, we do know that your special day has possible changing variables such as the expected number of guests or even cake design changes which may have to adjust to create the cake you have envisioned.
Therefore, Sweet Celebrations, LLC. Policy will only accept order changes on the size of cake, the number of layers, the cake shape, or topper (if applicable) and design changes,
no later than 2 weeks prior to your event!
Minor Add-ons will be accepted (such as 2 Doz. Basic Cupcakes, etc.)
6. Delivery & Stacking
The fee for delivery and stacking starts @ $35 for large tiered cakes in the greater metro area,
plus 54 cents/mi. x 2 for the Front Range foothills to & from C-470 & Quebec.
Elaborately designed cakes, pillared cakes, or cakes greater than 3 tiers may incur additional fees for delivery/stacking!
If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake(s), you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession!
7. Showcasing Your Custom Cake at Your Venue
We are not responsible for any damage to the cake once professional set-up is complete, You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Tiered Cakes, especially filled ones, are very heavy and require a sturdy table and an optimal room temperature of 74 degrees or below that is suitable for your custom cake order.
There are no guarantees your cake will withstand temperatures that vary out of this range!
You must assume your own risk with "Outdoor" venues vs. controlled temperature environments!!
(7a.) Our Photography of Your Wedding Cake.
On occasion we will photograph our custom cakes and reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
However, You may rest assured that photos are never published prior to your event!
8. Cancellation Policy
Cakes cancelled prior to 2 Weeks can be refunded up to 50% of balance paid. The 50% retainer plus any already incurred expenses is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cakes cancelled after the 2 week deadline prior to event will not be refunded. In the event that something occurs to effect your scheduled event date, please contact us immediately to discuss options which may be available. We do understand that issues can arise that are out of your control.
9. Cake Cutting & Serving
While we do not offer Cake Cutting Services, upon request, we will gladly provide you with Cake Cutting Instructions to serve appropriate size guest servings with either the pick-up or upon delivery of your cake.
10. Our Guarantee
We promise to do everything possible to deliver you a cake that exceeds your expectations. We will work with you on every level to make sure you are completely happy and satisfied with the end result.
11. Disclaimer
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Sweet Celebrations, LLC., to perform and deliver on this contract. In the event of an emergency, acts of God, or other causes beyond our control, Sweet Celebrations cannot be held liable for more than the cost of the above cake order and will process a refund for the cost of your cake order within 7 business days.

Cake ingredients or machinery may come in contact with nuts, milk, and wheat products.Sweet Celebrations, LLC. Assumes no liability for any food allergies, or related illnesses which may occur. Sweet Celebrations is Certified in the State of Colorado
